General Provisions

Retraction (withdrawal) is an official procedure for correcting the scientific record, applied in cases of discovery of violations of academic integrity, publication ethics, or significant errors. The journal carries out retractions in accordance with international COPE recommendations and the current legislation of Ukraine.

Grounds for Retraction

●       plagiarism or unauthorized borrowings;

●       fabrication or falsification of results;

●       significant errors affecting reliability;

●       duplicate publication;

●       copyright infringement;

●       hidden conflict of interest;

●       unethical authorship;

●       concealment of the use of AI technologies.

Initiation of the Procedure

Initiators can be: author(s), editorial board members, reviewers, readers, or scientific institutions. Requests must be reasoned and written.

Consideration and Decision-making

  1. Initial analysis by the editorial office.

  2. Notification of authors and receipt of explanations.

  3. Expert assessment (if necessary).

  4. Consideration by the editorial board or the academic integrity commission.

Retraction Procedure

In the event of a retraction:

●       an official notification is published on the journal's website;

●       the article remains in open access but is clearly marked as "Retracted";

●       information is transmitted to scientometric databases.

Appeal

Authors have the right to file an appeal within 30 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the decision.
The appeal is considered independently, with the involvement of additional experts (if necessary). The decision on the appeal is final.
