Стаття присвячена вивченню задачi оптимального керування для системи iнтегро-
диференцiальних рiвнянь на пiвосi. В термiнах правих частин i функцiї iз критерiя якостi
отриманi достатнi умови iснування оптимальних керувань та оптимальних траєкторiй.
Доведення iснування базується на пiдходi компактностi iз видiленням мiнiмiзуючої
послiдовностi iз подiльшим граничним переходом у рiвняннi та критерiї якостi.
