Submission requirements

When submitting a manuscript to a journal, authors must confirm that it meets all of the established requirements listed below. If the submitted work is found to be non-compliant with the points of these requirements, the editors will return the materials to the authors for revision.

A guide for authors

1. The article should contain the following necessary elements: statement of the problem in general form and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks; analysis of the latest research and publications, in which the solution of this problem was initiated and on which the author relies, selection of previously unresolved parts of the general problem, to which the article is devoted; formulation of the goals of the article (statement of the task); presentation of the main research material with full justification of the obtained scientific results; conclusions from this study and prospects for further research in this direction. It is not allowed to make extensive reviews of published articles and results (except for review articles), to retell known facts, or to cite unpublished works. Each article in Ukrainian is accompanied by a short abstract in Ukrainian and an abstract in English of at least 1,800 characters, including keywords, and each article in English is accompanied by a short abstract in English and an abstract in Ukrainian of at least 1,800 characters, including keywords. 2. The editors accept articles in Ukrainian or English.

3. The article must be typed in LaTeX2ε according to the sample using a specially designed style file. The article design sample and style file can also be received by mail by sending a request to the magazine's e-mail address.

4. Mandatory elements in the input LaTeX file are: the surname and initials of the author(s) and the title of the article in English (commands \author and \title, respectively); short title of the article for footers, only if the main title is too long (command \shorttitle); surname and initials of the author(s), title of the article, abstract and keywords and phrases in Ukrainian and English (commands \uaabstract and \enabstract, respectively); index classifiers AMS 2010 and UDC (commands \subjclass and \UDC, respectively); the institution(s) with the full address where the author(s) work (in English) and his/her e-mail (commands \institute and \email respectively).

5. Number only those formulas to which there are references, designed using the \eqref command. It is forbidden to use numbers (1), (2), etc. directly.

6. References to literature must be issued using the \cite command. It is forbidden to directly use numbers [1], [2], etc. Journal title abbreviations should follow the style used in AMS (http://www.ams.org/msnhtml/serials.pdf). All literary sources from the list of references must be cited in the text, otherwise the corresponding element must be removed. If the article to which there is a link has a digital doi identifier (http://www.doi.org/index.html), then it must be specified.

 

7. The used literature is presented as a general list in alphabetical order. Samples of bibliographic descriptions of books, articles, abstracts of conference reports:

Copyright provisions

Authors publishing in this journal agree to the following terms:

1. The authors reserve the right to the authorship of their work and transfer to the journal the right to the first publication of this work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely distribute the published work with a mandatory reference to the authors of the original work and the first publication of the work in this magazine

2. Authors have the right to conclude independent additional agreements regarding the non-exclusive distribution of the work in the form in which it was published by this journal (for example, placing the work in the electronic repository of the institution or publishing as part of a monograph), provided that the link to the first publication of the work in this magazine

3. The policy of the journal allows and encourages authors to place their manuscript on the Internet (for example, in institutional repositories or on personal websites), both before submitting this manuscript to the editors and during its editorial processing, as this contributes to the emergence of productive scientific discussions and has a positive effect on the effectiveness and dynamics of citation of published work (see The Effect of Open Access).
