Abstract
Based on the connection between Green functions of the Cauchy problem for parabolic equati-
ons and corresponding equations with fractional derivatives components of fundamental solution
of equations with variable coefficients the module of continuity of which satisfies Dini condition
are defined and evaluated. The correctness of the Dirichlet and Neumann problems for the fractal
diffusion equation is established.
