The article introduces into consideration one continuous class of multiparameter functions defined in terms of a polybasic $s$-symbolic $Q_s^*$-image of numbers. \\ Structural, fractal and topological-metric properties of the set \\ of function values ​​and sets of levels depending on the parameters are substantiated.
