Abstract
We prove new substantiation theorems for the averaging method with respect to all fast variables on a semi-axle for the initial value problem for multi-frequency system of high approximation with delays in slow and fast variables. Qualitative estimations for deviations of solutions of the given and the averaged problems have been established.
