Abstract

By means of methods of averaging and tough reflections the existence and uniqueness of solutions of boundary value problems with parameters and integral boundary conditions for the oscillating systems with fixed moments of impulse influence have been proved. The estimations of decline of initial and averaging problems have also been stated.
