The local solvability for a quasilinear parabolic system with degeneration on the initial hyperplane $\{t = 0\}$ in a class of functions, which tends to zero when $t → 0$ is established. The weak degeneration case is considered a specially. The class of nonlinear functions is widest in this case when additional condition is hold.
