We have investigated the peculiarities of oscillating sums depending on the parameters with the help of which we have found out the estimation of the normal fundamental matrix of linear system with quickly oscillating coefficients and impulse influence at fixed moments of time.The obtained estimation is used to prove asymptotic stability of the trivial solution of the nonlinear impulse system.
